We want you to be confident working with us. This policy explains how refunds work across our engagements.
Audits & fixed-scope builds
Audits are billed up front and are non-refundable once the work has begun, because the deliverable is our time and analysis. For fixed-scope builds, if we haven't started work you may cancel for a full refund; once work begins, fees are pro-rated to the work completed.
Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. We don't refund the current month once it has started, but unused build capacity can usually be rolled forward by agreement.
Satisfaction
If something isn't right, tell us. We'd much rather make it right than process a refund, and in practice that's how almost every issue gets resolved.
