Training & enablement

Teach your team to own automation.

Done-for-you gets it built. Training gets your team building, and keeping it running long after we leave. A path from first talk to full ownership.

Why train, not just outsource

Ownership beats dependency.

Agencies that only rent automation stay stuck, every change is a ticket, every new idea a cost. Teams that can build move faster and compound. We teach the same production-grade patterns we ship for clients, so your people leave able to build, debug, and extend on their own.

Who it's for

Built for teams that want to build.

  • Agencies

Add automation as a service line, or run your own delivery on n8n instead of a per-task tax.

  • In-house marketing & ops

Stop waiting on IT or a vendor for every workflow change.

  • Founders & small teams

Get automation leverage without hiring a full-time engineer.

  • Existing n8n users

Level up from working workflows to production-grade, secure, self-hosted systems.

Questions, answered.

Do we need coding experience?

No. The foundations start from zero and stay hands-on. Teams comfortable with JavaScript or Python go further faster, but the core of n8n is visual, and every session meets your team where it is.

Remote or on-site?

Either. Talks and workshops run well over video or in your office; the bootcamp works both ways too. On-site tends to build momentum faster for multi-day formats, but remote keeps costs and scheduling simple.

What tools do you actually teach?

n8n is the backbone: workflows, AI agents, self-hosting, and error handling. Around it we cover the AI layer (Claude Code, MCP, LLM/agent patterns) and how to wire automation into the tools you already run.

How is this different from your done-for-you service?

Done-for-you means we build and hand you a working system. Training means your team learns to build and own it themselves. Most clients do both: we ship the first critical workflows, then train the team to take it from there.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is scoped to your team size, format, and depth, so a lunch-and-learn and a multi-month enablement partnership are very different numbers. Book a short call and you will leave with a clear quote.
